Team Leader Technical Service

As a full-time technical service team leader within an artisan-industrial bakery, you ensure that the bread machines run throughout the day. You supervise the employee(s) of the technical service. Together you form an efficient and tight team. You also carry out some practical tasks yourself. 

You are responsible for optimizing the workflow and taking care of preventive maintenance tasks. Furthermore, you are responsible for all technical matters and arrange everything at a detailed level so that your colleagues can do their work well. You won’t lose sight of the long-term vision to achieve the best results.

  • You are a good leader.
  • You are a loyal and constructive factor within the team.
  • You have sufficient knowledge and experience in the field of electrical and mechanical matters.
  • You have (some) working experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Your communication skills are developed favorably.
  • Motivating your colleagues through sharing constructive feedback comes naturally to you.
  • You do not give up easily and will continue until a problem is solved.

Teamleider Technische Dienst

‍Als fulltime teamleider technische dienst binnen een middelgrote bakkerij zorg jij ervoor dat de machines de hele dag draaiende blijven. Je geeft leiding aan de medewerker(s) uitvoerende technische dienst en samen vormen jullie een optimaal team. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het optimaliseren van de werkzaamheden en preventief onderhoud.

Daarnaast zul je zelf praktische taken uitvoeren. Jij draagt de verantwoordelijkheid over de technische zaken en regelt alles op detailniveau zodat jouw collega’s gestroomlijnd hun werk kunnen doen. Ook verlies je de langetermijnvisie niet uit het oog en kijk je vanzelfsprekend naar de toekomst om de beste resultaten te realiseren.

Functie-eisen
  • Je kunt goed leidinggeven.
  • Je bent een loyale en constructieve factor binnen het team en staat graag klaar voor je collega’s.
  • Je hebt voldoende kennis en ervaring op het gebied van elektrische en mechanische zaken.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de voedingsmiddelenbranche of de farmaceutische.
  • Je communicatieve vaardigheden zijn sterk ontwikkeld.
  • Je collega’s motiveren d.m.v. het delen van constructieve feedback gaat je goed af.
  • Je laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan en zal doorzetten tot een probleem is opgelost.
